Vivakor, Neuralix Partner to Deploy AI Across Midstream Operations
Vivakor and Neuralix are partnering to deploy artificial intelligence across midstream operations, targeting predictive maintenance, route optimization, and resource allocation. The agreement also includes plans to jointly market the AI platform to other midstream operators.
(P&GJ) — Vivakor Inc. has signed a collaboration agreement with Neuralix Inc. to integrate artificial intelligence across its midstream operations and jointly market the technology to third-party operators.
Neuralix, a Houston-based technology firm, develops AI platforms for energy and industrial applications. Its system uses analytics and machine learning to provide predictive insights into energy flows, asset performance, and operational risk.
According to Vivakor, the first phase will focus on transportation and route optimization, predictive maintenance of assets, and real-time resource allocation for storage and remediation projects. The companies plan to expand the effort by marketing Neuralix’s AI platform to other midstream operators.
“We are thrilled to partner with Neuralix AI, a leader in artificial intelligence solutions,” said James Ballengee, CEO of Vivakor. “This collaboration will allow Vivakor to optimize transportation while reducing carbon emissions. It is a transformative step for our Company—by integrating this powerful AI into our core operations, we can unlock efficiencies, improve service capabilities, and strengthen our position as a forward-thinking energy operator committed to sustainability.”
Neuralix CEO Vikram Jayaram added, “This collaboration with Vivakor represents exactly what Neuralix was built for—turning complex midstream operations into a source of predictive insight and measurable ROI. By combining Vivakor’s operational expertise with our AI-driven platform, we are not just optimizing routes, assets, and resources—we are shaping a more resilient, efficient, and sustainable energy future.”
The companies expect to finalize a joint venture agreement by the end of 2025, subject to ongoing negotiations.
