Building a Successful Diversity Contractor Program

Responding to trends in increased diversity spend targets in contracts with key customers, including LDCs, EN Engineering recently implemented a focused, nationwide Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) initiative across our entire portfolio of engineering services.
