Matrix Wins Crude Terminal Expansion EPC Contract

Matrix Service Company’s subsidiary, Matrix Service Inc., has been awarded an engineering, procurement and construction contract by North Dakota Pipeline Company (NDP), a subsidiary of Enbridge Energy Partners. NDP is expanding four existing crude terminal locations in North Dakota and Minnesota to support the proposed Sandpiper Pipeline Project (SPP). If approved, the 610-mile SPP will deliver Bakken light crude oil to U.S. and eastern Canadian refineries. The contract includes seven aboveground storage tanks with capacity in excess of 1 MMbbls.
