Oman LNG, OQ Ink Four-Year Deal for Natural Gas Liquids Supply

Oman LNG will supply natural gas liquids to OQ under a new four-year deal starting in 2026, with deliveries from Qalhat to Sohar supporting fuels and petrochemical production in line with Oman’s Vision 2040.

(P&GJ) — Oman LNG has signed a new four-year agreement to provide natural gas liquids (NGLs) to OQ, beginning in 2026, according to Zawya.

The deal ensures that NGLs from Oman LNG’s Qalhat complex will continue to be delivered to OQ’s Sohar facilities, where they serve as critical feedstock for producing fuels, plastics, and chemicals.

Executives from both companies signed the contract, which underscores a long-running partnership and their shared focus on boosting the value of Oman’s hydrocarbon sector. The agreement is also aligned with the country’s Vision 2040 strategy, as reported by Zawya.
