Enstor Completes Acquisition of Black Bear Transmission, Adding 1,700 Miles of Pipelines
Enstor Pipeline Holdings has completed its acquisition of Black Bear Transmission from Basalt Infrastructure Partners, adding 1,700 miles of pipeline and expanding its natural gas network across the Southeastern United States.
HOUSTON (P&GJ) — Enstor Pipeline Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Enstor Gas LLC, has completed its acquisition of Black Bear Transmission Opco LLC from Basalt Infrastructure Partners, expanding its natural gas transmission network across the Southeastern United States.

The transaction adds approximately 1,700 miles of transmission pipelines with 2.6 billion cubic feet per day (Bcf/d) of capacity to Enstor’s system. Following the acquisition, Enstor now operates more than 1,800 miles of pipelines and six natural gas storage facilities with over 144 Bcf of certificated working gas capacity.
