Flowserve has acquired U.K.-based Greenray Turbine Solutions, expanding its aftermarket capabilities for industrial gas turbines used across power generation and energy infrastructure markets.
The approximately $72 million cash acquisition adds specialized gas turbine aftermarket products and services to Flowserve’s rotating equipment portfolio and is expected to contribute about $25 million in annual revenue. Greenray is known for servicing a large installed base of mission-critical industrial gas turbines, providing repair, replacement, and performance-enhancing solutions.
Flowserve said the transaction strengthens its ability to support customers throughout the full equipment lifecycle, particularly in power generation applications that underpin pipeline, LNG, and midstream operations. Greenray’s expertise will be integrated into Flowserve’s global network of Quick Response Centers, enhancing localized service, faster mobilization, and technical support.
The acquisition aligns with Flowserve’s strategy to grow higher-margin aftermarket services while reinforcing reliability and uptime for critical gas turbine assets supporting global energy infrastructure.
