Spotlight on Mexico: Construction on Centauro del Norte Pipeline Begins

Nine months after signing the agreement with the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), Grupo Carso began construction of the first section of the Centauro del Norte Gas Pipeline (GCN) located in Baja, California.
