Open Season Launched for ACE Pipeline System in Louisiana

Open Season Launched for ACE Pipeline System in Louisiana

Phillips 66 Partners, Harvest Midstream and PBF Logistics commenced an open season for the ACE Pipeline System after agreeing to jointly develop the 400,000 bpd Louisiana project.

The ACE system would provide crude oil transportation service from the market hub in St. James, Louisiana, to downstream refining destinations in Belle Chasse, Meraux, and Chalmette, Louisiana, the venture partners said.

It includes a new-build segment to connect the St. James market center to the CAM Pipeline. Harvest Midstream will contribute its existing CAM Pipeline to the ACE Pipeline System.

The ACE project may also include the addition of a delivery destination in Clovelly, Louisiana, subject to market demand. Completion is targeted for the second half of 2020.
