AmeriGas Propane named Ann P. Kelly as its vice president of finance and chief financial officer. She succeeds Ted J. Jastrzebski, who has been serving as the principal financial officer of AmeriGas on an interim basis. Jastrzebski will continue to serve as chief financial officer of UGI Corporation.
