Harry Quarls, David Geenberg and Michael Hanna

Harry Quarls, Penn Virginia’s executive chairman, retired from his position and also stepped down a director of the company. Additionally, Penn Virginia announced the expansion of its board from five to seven members and with the appointments of David Geenberg and Michael Hanna as new independent board members.
