Craig Adams and Mike Innocenzo

Craig Adams retired as president and CEO of PECO and was succeeded by Mike Innocenzo, who had been PECO senior vice president and chief operating officer. Innocenzo also assumed Adams’ role as executive vice president of Exelon Corporation.
