Koch Pipeline Launches Bakken Pipeline Project Non-Binding Open Season

Koch Pipeline Company, L.P. has announced that it will conduct Phase I of an open season for the Dakota Express Pipeline, a proposed pipeline to transport Bakken crude oil from western North Dakota to Hartford, IL and Patoka, IL.
