Williams, Boardwalk Form Bluegrass Pipeline JV

Williams and Boardwalk Pipeline Partners LP have a joint venture agreement to continue the development process for Bluegrass Pipeline, a project to transport natural gas liquids (NGLs) from the Marcellus and Utica Shale plays to the petrochemical and export complex along the Gulf Coast as well as the developing petrochemical market in the Northeast.
