Transocean Reaches Agreement With Justice Department On Deepwater Horizon Claims

Transocean Ltd. has reached an agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice to resolve certain outstanding civil and potential criminal claims against the company arising from the April 20, 2010, accident involving the Deepwater Horizon in the Gulf of Mexico.
