Cheniere Issues Notice To Proceed For LNG Export Facility

Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. issued a notice to proceed to Bechtel Oil, Gas and Chemicals, Inc. to construct the first two liquefaction trains of the Sabine Pass liquefaction project.
