White Cliffs Announces Binding Open Season To Expand Pipeline

White Cliffs Pipeline, a partially owned subsidiary of SemGroup Corp., is considering an expansion of capacity from Platteville, CO to Cushing, OK to facilitate increasing shipments of crude petroleum from the DJ Basin to the Cushing hub.
