Spectra Energy Places Two Expansion Projects In Service

Spectra Energy Corp. placed into service, on time and under budget, two major expansion projects. This brings to six the total number of expansion projects brought into service this year, as part of the company's $1 billion to $1.5 billion per year ongoing capital expansion plan.
