Sumitomo Expands Seamless Tubular Products Business In U.S.

Sumitomo Corporation announced that it has acquired a 19.47% interest in V&M TWO LLC, a manufacturer of small-diameter seamless steel pipe based in Ohio, from Vallourec S.A. of Paris, France.
