NGL Transport and Fractionation Services For Eagle Ford Shale

Targa Resources Partners LP has finalized an agreement with TexStar Midstream Services, LP and TEAK Midstream, LLC for development of a new y-grade natural gas liquids (NGL) pipeline in the Eagle Ford shale.
