Greenes Energy Group Expands Into Bakken Region
Greene’s Energy Group has bought the assets of Specialized Oilfield Services, which is based in Minot, ND and services the Bakken region.
“Greene’s has been searching for the right opportunity to expand services into the Bakken shale play,” said Senior Vice President Gene Garber, who leads the Greene’s Drilling and Production Division which has 17 locations in the United States. With this addition, Greene’s testing, rental and service businesses now have a significant presence in all of the major shale plays.
