Ultramars Plans For $300 Million Products Pipeline Move Ahead

Ultramar Ltd. says the Quebec government has adopted the decree authorizing its Pipeline Saint-Laurent project for 28 of the 32 municipalities located in the pipeline's implementation corridor.
