Piedmont to Build Pipeline, Compression Facilities for Power Plant

Piedmont Natural Gas finalized an agreement with Progress Energy Carolinas to provide natural gas delivery service to the electric utility's power generation facility to be built at the Wayne County, NC energy complex.
