Royal Dutch Shell Nearing Gas Agreement With Iraq

Dow Jones reported that a multibillion-dollar deal between Royal Dutch Shell PLC and the Iraqi government to jointly develop domestic gas infrastructure in Iraq's south is moving ahead.
