Atlas Pipeline Completes JV With Williams For Marcellus Shale Gathering System

Atlas Pipeline Partners and Williams have formed Laurel Mountain Midstream LLC to expand and develop Atlas' presence in the southwestern Pennsylvania portion of the Marcellus Shale.
