SI Solutions Acquires Integrity Specialists to Expand Pipeline Inspection Services

SI Solutions has acquired Integrity Specialists to expand its pipeline inspection and non-destructive examination services. The deal strengthens SI Solutions’ midstream capabilities and adds scale to its U.S. energy infrastructure operations.

(P&GJ) — SI Solutions has acquired Integrity Specialists, LLC, a Minnesota-based provider of non-destructive examination (NDE) and inspection services for the natural gas pipeline industry.

The deal strengthens SI Solutions’ pipeline integrity capabilities, building on its existing engineering, construction, and maintenance services. The combined company now has nearly 600 employees across 13 offices serving clients in the U.S. and abroad.

Integrity Specialists, founded in 2010 in Annandale, MN, conducts advanced inspections of new and existing pipelines, material verification, and direct examinations. The company has developed a strong reputation in the gas industry for quality and safety.
