Jeff Hildebrand, Greg Lalicker and Jason Rebook

Hilcorp Energy said its owner Jeff Hildebrand has stepped down as CEO and has been replaced by Greg Lalicker, a petroleum engineer who joined the company in 2006 after stints at BHP Billiton’s oil unit and at McKinsey & Co. Additionally, Jason Rebrook, a former executive with GE Capital and Chevron Corp., was promoted to president.
