Habau, KHE Group Announce Sale Of Pipeline Contractor Nacap

KHE Group B.V. (Koop Group) from the Netherlands and Habau GmbH (Habau) from Austria reached agreement on a sale of 100% of the shares in the Nacap group of companies as all the activities of Nacap will be combined within the Habau Group.
