Shell Midstream Partners, L.P. today announced John Hollowell will retire as President and Chief Executive Officer of Shell Midstream Partners GP LLC, the company’s general partner, effective March 31, 2018.  Kevin Nichols, Vice President for Shell Pipeline Company LP, will succeed Hollowell and report to Shell’s Downstream Director, John Abbott. API Names Robbins Arkansas Petroleum Council Executive Director

The American Petroleum Institute (API) today named Kelly Robbins Executive Director for the Arkansas Petroleum Council. Pembina Announces Senior Management Appointments

Pembina Pipeline Corporation has announced several senior executive appointments. Con Edison Co. of New York, Inc., a subsidiary of Consolidated Edison, Inc., has named Timothy P. Cawley president. Greg Henderson is the 2017-18 chairman of the American Public Gas Association (APGA). APGA is the national trade association for publicly owned natural gas utilities that are owned and operated by government entities rather than stockholders. There are over 1,000 public gas utilities in the United States and over 700 are members of APGA. FERC Officially Has New Chairman

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) today swore in Kevin J. McIntyre as chairman. McIntyre was nominated to the commission by President Donald J. Trump in August 2017 and confirmed by the U.S. Senate on Nov. 2, 2017. INGAA Announces Leadership Changes

The Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) today announced the retirement of Terry Boss, senior vice president of environment, safety and operations, after a distinguished 33-year career in the pipeline industry, including 23 years with INGAA. FERC Officially Has a New Commissioner

On Nov. 29, 2017, The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) swore in Richard Glick as Commissioner. Glick was nominated to the commission by President Donald J. Trump in August 2017 and confirmed by the U.S. Senate on Nov. 2, 2017. New CEO Named at PEMEX

Mexico’s President, Enrique Pena Nieto, today named Carlos Trevino as CEO of state-run energy company Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX).  Trevino replaces Jose Antonio Gonzalez Anaya, who was appointed as the country’s new finance minister. Trevino currently serves as PEMEX’s corporate director of administration and services.
