Pipeline & Gas Journal Accepting Nominations for Inaugural P&GJ Awards
Pipeline & Gas Journal is accepting nominations for its inaugural Pipeline & Gas Journal Awards, which will honor the midstream energy segment’s leading innovations and outstanding personal contributions to the industry.
The submission deadline for nominations is Aug. 13. The awards ceremony will be on Nov. 18 at The Westin Houston, Memorial City.
“We are all excited at the prospect of recognizing those in the pipeline industry for their achievements and pleased by the response the announcement of the event has drawn so far,” said Mike Reed, Editor-in-Chief of Pipeline & Gas Journal.
The 2021 Pipeline & Gas Journal Awards cover 10 separate categories. These include:
- Best Pipeline Technology Award
- Best Advance in Maintenance Technology Award
- Best Digital Transformation Award
- Safety Innovation of the Year Award
- Best Pipeline Integrity Award
- Best Offshore Pipeline Project Award
- Best Innovation in Pipeline Engineering
- Pipeline Project of the Year Award
- Innovative Thinker Award
- Lifetime Achievement Award
Gulf Energy Information will utilize a two-stage judging process to ensure the most deserving submissions are recognized. The first stage of judges will consist of Pipeline & Gas Journal editorial members and the second stage of judges will consist of Advisory board members who are industry experts from the field and academia.
