Energy Drone & Robotics Summit '19: AI can help build the energy operations of tomorrow
The Woodlands (P&GJ) - Pipeline & Gas Journal was on hand for the two day Energy Drone & Robotics Summit at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel in The Woodlands, Texas. The summit brought together more than 1,000 energy and engineering experts in the drones, robotics and AI industries.
Hydrocarbon Processing was an Industry Partner for the summit.
Attendees were presented with workshops, roundtable discussions, presentations and demos which are aimed at safe/efficient and successful drone operations.
Many of the sessions covered best practices for data acquisition/management, risk management and integration in the oil and gas markets. Experts shared how energy and engineering companies can utilize drones for inspection, mapping and surveying projects.
The summit included an exhibitor showcase which offers networking opportunities with fellow UAV/Robotics hardware, software and data technology specialists.
