With expected attendance of more than 3,000 people, the annual AGA operations conference is the natural gas industry’s premier gathering of utility and transmission company operations management.  This year’s conference is being held at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

The biennial exhibition opens Tuesday. This year’s exhibition will feature more than 275 vendors displaying across 120,000 square feet.

“America’s natural gas utilities go above and beyond to enhance safety through the sharing of best practices and the development of innovative technologies that help us do our jobs more efficiently and contribute to the affordability and reliability of natural gas,” said AGA’s President and CEO, Karen Harbert.

“The AGA Operations Conference & Biennial Exhibition is the place to see first-hand the new technologies and techniques that will enable natural gas to continue to be a leading part of our nation’s prosperity and clean energy future,” Harbert said.

The Operations Conference is AGA’s largest forum, with more than 1,800 natural gas utility, operations management professionals sharing technical knowledge, ideas and practices to promote the safe, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of natural gas to the end-user.

The products at the exhibition help support natural gas utilities and their priorities, including the top priority of enhancing safety for employees, contractors and pipelines.
