The Pipe Line Contractors Association (PLCA) has named Jared Shuler President of Associate Members.
A PLCA member for nine years, Shuler, who previously served as the association’s senior vice president of pipeline contract services, will serve in his new role for a term of two years.
The President of Associate Members position is voted on by all current and regular members of the PLCA.
The Pipe Line Contractors Association (PLCA) was established in 1948 and negotiates labor agreements, encourages safe practices in pipeline construction and seeks the resolution of problems common to all those in the industry. Each spring, the association meeting is held where members attend to receive industry information, changes and updates.
