Open Season Underway for Oklahoma Expansion Projects

Enable Midstream Partners, LP’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, Enable Gas Transmission, LLC and Enable Oklahoma Intrastate Transmission, LLC, will each hold a non-binding open season to solicit commitments for system expansion projects providing firm transportation service for increasing Anadarko Basin production.

The projects are expected to offer a unique opportunity for customers seeking firm natural gas transportation service from the prolific Cana, STACK and SCOOP plays of the Anadarko Basin to premium Southeast and Western natural gas markets. These solutions will utilize existing capacity along with the installation of certain new facilities to provide over 600,000 Dth/d of new, firm natural gas transportation service.

In addition, the company announced that one of the projects has secured a foundation shipper that has committed to a new long-term contract for 205,000 Dth/d, subject to customary conditions precedent.

“The open seasons released today are the result of continued conversations with our customers to understand their needs and provide creative solutions,” said Chris Ditzel, Enable Midstream Partners Vice President – Transportation and Storage. “We are delighted to have successfully executed a precedent agreement with a prominent midcontinent producer, and we look forward to potentially increasing the size of our projects with additional capacity subscriptions.”

The non-binding open seasons began on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, and are scheduled to conclude at 1 p.m. CT on Tuesday, March 28, 2017.
