Centurion Midstream Acquires Permian Crude Transport
8/2/2016
Centurion Midstream Group acquired Permian Crude Transport, a growing provider of integrated crude logistics services with operations throughout the Permian Basin. PCT will operate as a separate, wholly owned subsidiary of Centurion, and Jarrett Vick will remain as its president.
“Permian Crude Transport has an impressive track record for growth that will fit with our significant investment in West Texas storage, pipeline and rail assets,” said Tom Ramsey, CEO of Centurion. “The platform that PCT provides for the mid- and back-office operations will allow us to grow in the most efficient manner.
