People Avangrid Pedro Azagra Blázquez to succeed Dennis Arriola as chief executive officer, effective May 28, one of numerous recent changes at the Orange, Connecticut-based company that include the announced departures of its CEO and chief financial officer.   An announcement said Arriola, who was named CEO in 2020, had decided to leave the business. CFO Doug Stuver resigned to become vice president of Finance at the National Football League’s Pittsburgh Steelers.  Other announced changes include:   Patricia Cosgel moves to interim CFO from vice president of Investor Relations and will now oversee Treasury, Control and Administration, Investor Relations, Risk and Tax.
