Cole DTE Energy appointed Rodney Cole as vice president of the DTE Energy Foundation and director of community engagement for Public Affairs at DTE Energy. In his new role, Cole will lead the DTE Foundation’s operations and grant strategies. Also at DTE, David Palsrok was named director of State Government Affairs and will lead the company’s policy and advocacy efforts in Lansing, Mich.   Nolan Eversource Energy named Joe Nolan as president and CEO, replacing Jim Judge, who became executive chairman of its board of directors.
