Peak Utility Services Group, a provider of integrated infrastructure services to the natural gas, electric and telecommunication industries, has acquired Superior Pipeline Services (SPS), a natural gas utility services contractor.
Denver-based Peak provides maintenance, repair, upgrade and installation services for the telecom, electric and natural gas infrastructure markets in the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West regions of the United States. Peak provides its services through operating units SiteWise, Track Utilities, Kelly Cable and Riley Brothers
Founded in 2001 and based in Fort Worth, Texas, SPS, has built long-standing relationships with leading utilities that provide their communities with critical energy needs.
Houston-based energy financial services firm Pickering Energy Partners (PEP) announced it has merged with Heikkinen Energy Advisors to form PEP Insights.
The new partnership builds on Pickering Energy Partners’ expertise in traditional energy and solidifies its role in Energy Transition subsectors, the firm said. Heikkinen Energy Advisors is an investment advisor providing high-quality insights across all sectors of the energy industry, including midstream, upstream, oilfield services, energy transition, mobility and technology.
