Sensirion
Sensirion offered its next-generation miniature CO2 sensor series, the SCD4x. The device is built on the photo-acoustic sensing principle and the patented PASens and CMOSens Technology enables the small sensor size to combine with high performance. The integrated humidity and temperature sensor enable on-chip signal compensation and additional RH and T outputs. Also, the large supply voltage range (2.4 V-5.5 V), and adjustable power consumption make the SCD4x increases savings. The kit contains a four-pin jumper wire cable that enables fast prototyping, through integration into existing platforms like Arduino and Raspberry Pi. www.sensirion.com/scd4x
Ralston
Pressure and temperature calibration equipment company Ralston Instruments released the Field Gauge LC20 line of pressure gauges. The gauge is a follow-up to the LC10 line and increases accuracy, along with increasing customization options. With a ±0.1% of full-scale accuracy, the LC20 is ideal for use as a calibration reference. It maintains its accuracy across a wide pressure and temperature range, eliminating the need to carry multiple conventional gauges. The LC20 offers a wireless option, which allows monitoring of remote tests and include FieldLab Desktop software. The device is available in 11 pressure ranges from 5 psi/35 kPa to 10,000 psi/70 mpa, a compound vacuum/pressure gauge from ±15 psi, and a digital vacuum gauge measuring up to 30 inHg/760 mbar. www.ralstoninst.com

Cortec introduced its EcoShield VpCI-380 topcoat, a fast drying, water-based fluoropolymer modified acrylic one-coat system that can be applied direct to metal and provides corrosion protection and weatherability on metals in harsh outdoor environments. The product offers many advantages for protection in challenging environments, including UV resistance (color and gloss retention), and gives optimal outdoor performance without cracking or chipping upon prolonged exposure to sunlight. Its hardness (H-2H pencil hardness), moisture resistance, and fast-dry properties make it an excellent choice for air-dry/force-dry industrial finishes. It has passed tests in more than 1,000 hours in ASTM B117 salt spray conditions and ASTM D1748 humidity conditions at 4.0-4.5 mils (100-112.5 µm) DFT. EcoShield® VpCI®-380 can be applied direct to metal (DTM) on carbon steel and top-coated over a wash primer, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum. www.corteccoatings.com
Weldcote
Weldcote introduced its MIG 200 Striker multipurpose welding machine for steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Designed for metal inert gas (MIG), tungsten inert gas (TIG) and stick welding, the machine is a small, compact, dual-voltage (115-volt or 230-volt) unit with digital readouts that automatically identifies the power grid voltage and operates accordingly. The welder features power factor corrector (PFC), which increases power efficiency, reduces input power requirements, and stabilizes the welding current, maximizing efficiency on extension cords and generators. The MIG 200 Striker is a single-phase inverter for synergic operation with MIG, lift TIG and stick welding.
