Marathon Petroleum named the head of its midstream business, Michael Hennigan, as its new chief executive officer. He replaces Gary Heminger, whose departure was announced in October when the largest U.S. independent refiner launched a sweeping restructuring.


 

Spire said it promoted Steve Lindsey as executive vice president and chief operating officer, retaining oversight of the company’s natural gas utilities and assuming management of its midstream operations – Spire Storage and Spire STL Pipeline.

 


 

Chesapeake Utilities announced that Jeffrey Sylvester was named senior vice president, with responsibility for its regulated distribution and natural gas transmission businesses.


 

ASCO said it has appointed Gary Paver as its new Group chief financial officer. Paver brings more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry, most recently serving as senior vice president, Finance, at drilling and engineering contractor KCA Deutag.


 

AltaGas has named Donald “Blue” Jenkins as executive vice president and president, Utilities, and president, Washington Gas, succeeding Adrian Chapman, who retired. In addition, Colleen Starring was appointed as senior vice president and chief operating officer, Utilities.


 

Atmos Energy announced that Franklin H. Yoho has been elected to its board of directors, increasing the size of its board to 14 directors. Yoho has more than 35 years of experience in the natural gas industry, most recently as executive vice president and president of the natural gas business for Duke Energy.


John Andrews has been appointed as vice president of Corporate Development for Essential Utilities.


 

Entergy named Kathryn Collins as senior vice president and chief Human Resources officer, reporting to Chairman and CEO Leo Denault.


 

Fortis announced that David Hutchins has been promoted to the newly created role of chief operating officer, Fortis. His responsibilities now include operational oversight of the company’s 10 utilities across Canada, the United States and the Caribbean.


 

David Anders joined Edgewater Midstream as chief financial officer following a 17-year tenure in Bank of America’s (BOA) Energy Investment Banking Group, most recently serving as managing director in BOA’s Natural Resources Group, where he focused on the midstream sector. 


Calvin G. Butler Jr. has been appointed as senior executive vice president of Exelon Corporation and CEO of Exelon Utilities, a role he held on an interim basis since October. Carim Khouzami has replaced Butler as CEO of Baltimore Gas and Electric. Exelon Corporation also named David Glockner as vice president of Compliance and Audit.


 

Quality Companies has named Derek Bollom as vice president of offshore and offsite operations for Quality Construction and Production. He previously was operations manager for Zadok Technologies, and senior project manager for Performance Energy Services. 


 

Nine Energy Service announced that Guy Sirkes has been promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer, replacing Clinton Roeder. Sirkes joined the company in March 2019 as vice president of Strategic Development. Previously, he was with J.P. Morgan’s Energy Investment Banking Group.


 

Middle Tennessee Natural Gas named Mike Davidson to the position of executive vice president and CEO, replacing James Hodges, who retired.  Cliff Swoape was promoted to director of Human Resources and Communications.


 

Columbus McKinnon announced that Jeanne Beliveau-Dunn has been appointed to its board of directors. Her addition increases the size of the board to nine directors, all of whom are independent. She will serve on the Compensation and Succession, Corporate Governance and Nomination committees. Beliveau-Dunn has been president and CEO of Claridad since 2018, following 22 years at Cisco Systems.


 

RGC Resources appointed Paul W. Nester as president and CEO after the retirement of John S. D’Orazio.


 

New Jersey Resources promoted Amy Cradic as senior vice president and chief operating officer of Non-Utility Businesses, Strategy and External Affairs and Dave Johnson as vice president of Corporate Business Development. 


 

Graco announced that David M. Lowe has been named president of the Worldwide Process Division, succeeding Mark D. Eberlein, who retired. Lowe has been at Graco for 25 years, most recently as president of the Worldwide Industrial Products Division. Angela F. Wordell was named executive vice president of Operations and president of the Worldwide Oil & Natural Gas Division. She has been with the company for 26 years, serving as executive vice president of Operations since December 2018. Graco also named Peter J. O’Shea president of the Worldwide Industrial Products Division. Another 25-year company veteran, O’Shea served most recently as president of the Worldwide Lubrication Equipment Division.
