Marathon Petroleum named the head of its midstream business, Michael Hennigan, as its new chief executive officer. He replaces Gary Heminger, whose departure was announced in October when the largest U.S. independent refiner launched a sweeping restructuring.   Spire said it promoted Steve Lindsey as executive vice president and chief operating officer, retaining oversight of the company’s natural gas utilities and assuming management of its midstream operations – Spire Storage and Spire STL Pipeline.     Chesapeake Utilities announced that Jeffrey Sylvester was named senior vice president, with responsibility for its regulated distribution and natural gas transmission businesses.
