Barry E. Davis
Enlink Midstream’s executive chairman, Barry E. Davis, who led the company as CEO from its founding in 2014 to 2018, has reassumed the role of CEO, replacing Michael J. Garberding. Davis will continue to serve as chairman. Dallas-based Enlink also appointed former American Airlines Chairman and CEO Thomas W. Horton to its board of directors. Horton also serves as lead director on the boards of General Electric and Walmart.
