Liquids Lines Run Deep In North America

By Richard Nemec, Contributing Editor In mid-2019, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) counted 200 liquid pipeline projects ongoing nationwide. At the same time, energy consulting firm ClearView Energy Partners tracked 79 separate legal appeals against liquid and natural gas federal permitting projects.
