Businesses in the News TransCanada Corp., the company behind the Keystone XL oil pipeline, is changing its name to TC Energy. If approved by shareholders and regulators, the name change will occur in the second quarter. The stock ticker “TRP” will not change. PG&E Corporation provided the California state required 15-day advanced notice the company will be reorganizing under Chapter 11 bankruptcy. PG&E said it expects the move will expedite the “fair and expeditious resolution of its potential liabilities” resulting from the 2017 and 2018 northern California wildfires.
