Williams has sold its 50% interest in Jackalope Gas Gathering Services to an affiliate of Crestwood Equity Partners for $484.6 million. Prior to the transaction, Crestwood was marketer and Williams was operator for the 50-50 joint venture. Crestwood has assumed operatorship of Jackalope. P&GJ
