Kinder Morgan’s Board of Directors selected Catherine James as vice president and general counsel. James practicing law in the energy sector for 27 years. She served as general counsel of Dynegy from 2011 until it was acquired Dynegy in 2018. Previously, she served general counsel for NRG Gulf Coast and Reliant Energy.
