Edward Lee Darby
Edward Lee Darby, 72, CEO of Darby Equipment Company, passed away Feb. 10 in Tulsa, OK. Born Nov. 3, 1945 in Tulsa to Darby Equipment co-founders, Lee and Lucile Darby, Ed was a graduate of Rockhurst University and a Vietnam War veteran.
He began working with his father in the mid-80s, helping create Darby Equipment Company. Preceded in death by parents, and a brother Michael, Darby is survived by his siblings, Pat, Jim, Dan, Bob and Mary Beth, and the love of his life, Brenda Falsone of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He is also survived by his godson, Major Michael Casey Sere, loving nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
