White Cliffs Pipeline To Increase Shipments To Oklahoma Hub

White Cliffs Pipeline, owned by subsidiaries of Rose Rock Midstream, Plains All American Pipeline, Western Gas Partners, and Noble Energy, plans to expand capacity on its existing system to facilitate increasing shipments of crude oil from the Denver-Julesburg Basin to the Cushing hub.

The expansion will increase the pipeline’s capacity by boosting horsepower, modifying pumps and adding stations. Once the expansion is fully operational, the capacity of the pipeline will increase from 150,000 bpd to a maximum of 215,000 bpd. The expansion is expected online by the end of the third quarter. Following completion, Rose Rock Midstream will continue operating the White Cliffs Pipeline.
