Michael Haney founded Douglas-Westwood’s Houston office in 2012 and has more than a dozen years of experience consulting for energy and chemicals clients. He has completed consulting projects for most of the IOCs, many NOCs, and several oilfield service clients. Here, Haney discusses offshore prospects for the next five years and where a strong upturn in activity is likely.
