Inergy, Enserco Team Up For Crude Oil Rail Terminal JV

An Inergy Midstream LP and Enserco Midstream LLC joint venture will own and operate a crude oil rail terminal, located in Douglas County, WY.

Subsidiaries Inergy Crude Logistics LLC and Enserco Powder River Basin LLC, each hold a 50% interest in Powder River Basin Industrial Complex (PRBIC), the owner of the Douglas Facility, which is located atop the Niobrara Powder River Basin Shale play. Unit trains are expected to begin running in early 2014.

The joint venture plans to increase throughput capacity to about 20,000 bpd after the train service begins with expansion of up to 60,000 bpd possible. PRBIC has an anchor agreement with a major producer for handling of crude oil volumes at the Douglas Facility.
