NOCK, IOCL Team Up For Kenya-Uganda Petroleum Pipeline

Kenya’s state-run oil firm, the National Oil Corporation (NOCK), has linked up with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) to express interest for the proposed 219-mile, 14-inch Kenya-Uganda Petroleum Products Pipeline Project that would run underground from Eldoret, Kenya to Kampala, Uganda, according to the Global Times.

The consortium expressed interest after a contract cancellation with Libya’s Tamoil East Africa Ltd. due to political rifts.
