Questar Pipeline Holds Non-binding Open Season For Storage Expansion Project

Questar Pipeline Company is holding a non-binding open season that runs through Oct. 31 to determine market interest in 8 Bcf of additional firm storage inventory at its Clay Basin Storage Reservoir as well as connecting Clay Basin directly to the Overthrust Pipeline Company and other pipelines near Kanda, WY.

Questar anticipates the additional capacity and new pipeline connections can be available as early as the summer of 2013.

Clay Basin is located on the Wyoming-Utah Border and is the largest underground storage reservoir in the Rocky Mountain Region with 51.25 Bcf of working-gas capacity.
